Road Rage
First I wanted to tell the people who have access to my blogger that I posted some new belly pics so go check those out! O.K. big news I finally got my new vehicle and I think I shocked everyone with my choice. I've been going back and forth all weekend long and I decided to get a Chevy Suburban. My husband and I both agreed that we weren't finished having children (I know a woman at church who has 7 so maybe we'll try to beat her out lol) so maybe something big would work out for us best. Plus the snow and the fact that we have a big family already it just seemed to make the most sense. So now when we go to the airport to pick up my grandparents and my aunts we will have room to shuttle them to our house in only one vehicle! Hallelujah! I always liked driving Justin's Avalanche so the transition from my VW Bug to the Suburban was a piece of cake. I'll post some pictures later, but I have to say I almost didn't think my new car would make it home safely. I drove it to McDonald's because Noah was getting hungry as were my husband and I, plus we figured we'd let Noah wear himself out. After about an hour we decided to head home, but I was not feeling to well so I let my husband drive. We're on the freeway everything is going smoothly, but for some odd reason the vehicle in front of us slams on their brakes. My husband was a good car length behind them so he didn't hit them or anything, but he was so angry because he knew exactly what they were trying to do. I have never seen Justin so mad and next thing I know he decides he's going to follow this man home and have a word with him. The man (who was a huge butthold btw) gets out and he's like "You were tailgating me so if you tailgate I'll brake." Excuse me? That is really pathetic that someone would purposely try to cause an accident and even I was starting to get a little mad. My husband was really polite and he asked the man if he could see his lights in the front of the vehicle and he said he could in which my husband replied "If you could see my lights I wasn't tailgating." Then we just left and went home. Honestly some people in this world should not be given driver licenses. I mean to say you were going to cause an accident because someone was too close to you is the dumbest thing I've ever heard! Maybe if you were going the speed limit people wouldn't come up on you so quickly, but it's whatever now. My husband did very well in handling his anger and we all got home safe.
